It was first time when I traveled to Bloomington, Mn, USA in summer time for watching there Aquarium and water park of America. Before to reach there made hotel reservation in Embassy suite Bloomington. It was best hotels in Bloomington mn so I caught it.
when we got there the staff at the front desk was really nice. When we got to our room, i was wow, we had 6 people with us and for the price we paid i sure got my moneys worth. plenty of room for all of us plus all the stuff we had gotten from the mall.
The rooms were so clean and most of amenities were so nice for us.
the breakfast was one of the best ones i have ever seen. hot food was a big plus as well as lobby was beautiful. the only thing i didn’t like was the housekeeping. I use to be a housekeeper and I know how to clean a room.
the first day after we came back from our shopping we saw all the dirty towels we put on the floor hung back up behind the door. our breakfast tray with dirty dishes was still left in the room. I had went to the front desk to let them know what had happened and within 10 mins it was taken care of and we had fresh towels. Same thing happened the next day as well but just with the dishes and they came up rite away to get them.
The only thing that I would like to see is have a kiddies pool for the younger kids. all in all the staff was great and very helpful when we needed something or to find a place to go. They even printed us out maps to help us find the places we wanted to go. I will be coming back again next year and staying here hope.
